  1. What Username and password should I use to login to the Alumni Library?

    Use your 10-digit Alumni Association ID number as your ID number. You can find your ID number on the back of your copy of The Penn Stater or The Football Letter. If you can't find your ID number, during regular business hours (7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST), call 1-800-548-LION (5466), option 2, then option 3. You may contact us via e-mail at onlinehelp@psudirectory.com at any time.

    Your password is your last name in lowercase letters.

  2. I forget my Alumni Association online ID. How do I find it?
  3. During regular business hours (7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST), call 1-800-548-LION (5466), option 2, then option 3. You may contact us via e-mail at onlinehelp@psudirectory.com at any time.

  4. I am an Alumni Association member, but have not created an online account. How do I obtain online access?
  5. You must create an online account before logging into the Alumni Library by going to https://psualum.com/createaccount.asp#member. You will be asked to provide your last name and 10-digit ID Number. You can find your ID number on the back of your copy of The Penn Stater or The Football Letter. If you can't find your ID number, during regular business hours (EST), call 1-800-548-LION (5466), option 2, then option 3. You may contact us via e-mail at onlinehelp@psudirectory.com at any time.

    It may take up to 24 hours for your access to be granted. For immediate access, instructions will be included in the welcome e-mail.

  6. Who should I contact if I am using the correct ID and password, but still cannot login to the Alumni Library?

  8. I am not an Alumni Association member. How can I access the member benefit materials?
  9. In partnership, the University Libraries and Alumni Association underwrite the Alumni Library. Because of the significant costs associated with the licensing of online materials, we are only able to offer online access to Alumni Association members at this time.

    You are welcome to visit any of our Penn State Campus Libraries for database access. Visit the Campus College Libraries Directory for a list of locations and hours.
