Penn State University Archives—Sports Archives

Athletics at Penn State has been an integral part of college live for the last one hundred and thirty years.  The University Archives Sports Audio-Visual Collection contains film, videotape and digital materials that document that history back to the late 1920's.  In addition to football games, the collection also covers many of the other sports, including men's and women's basketball, men's and women's gymnastics, ice hockey, and men's soccer.  The entire list of sports films and videos is found by selecting Penn State Room on the left side of the screen, then selecting Sports Archives.  The website address is:

There are hot links to the Sports Audio-Visual Collections, which list all of the sports that currently have films and videos, and the Football Audio-Visual Collection, which lists the films and videos by decade.  Each webpage gives instructions for purchasing VHS or DVD copies for in home use.
